Michael Gotovac / Co-Founder & Director
Nothing feeds knowledge better than experience. With over 12 years’ experience in accounting and business advisory, working in areas of Business Services, Self Managed Superannuation and Retirement Planning, Structuring and Taxation.
Starting his career in one of the largest accounting and advisory firms, and subsequently having a partner role, allowed Michael to develop a unique and sought-after skill set which propelled GS + Co to come to fruition.
Outside of GS + Co, Michael's character is defined by his active lifestyle and entertaining sense of humour. A semi-professional soccer player in his youth, Michael’s love for soccer runs deep. When he’s not watching the sport, you’ll find Michael spending time with his family.
Okan Sakaci / Co-Founder
Trustworthy, dedicated and diligent are the cornerstones of Okan’s approach to accountancy and business advisory. Having previously worked as a financial controller, Okan’s expertise are in financial and management accounting.
His excellent interpersonal skills and intricate knowledge of the inner workings of a business, has given Okan a unique skill set. Okan’s experience in business processes, financial modelling, IT, supply chain management, e-commerce, retail and wholesale coupled with Michael’s technical knowledge and ‘public practice’ experience, offers clients a powerful end to end service.
Family values are important to Okan, who spends his spare time with his loved ones. When he isn’t spending time with his family, Okan is a keen soccer fan and avid Sydney Swans supporter.
